- Cardiac ultrasounds (Echocardiography) – examines structure and behavior of the heart
- Electrocardiograms (EKG, ECG) – measures motion of the heart such as its rate and rhythm
- Radiographs – X-rays of the chest
- Fluoroscopy –
real time , motion - CT (Computed Tomography) – 3D imaging
- Bronchoalveolar lavage-evaluates the cause for
lower respiratory disease. - MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) – evaluates internal systems

Dr. Cecilia Marshall was raised in St. Louis and attended veterinary school at the University of Missouri. She completed a small animal medical and surgical internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Marshall was then accepted into the competitive cardiology residency at this same location. After completion of her residency, she returned to St. Louis to establish the first and only cardiology service in the St. Louis area in 2006.
Dr. Marshall is thrilled to be part of such an advanced and innovative group at Veterinary Specialty Services. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her two children along with their menagerie of pets at home.
